Guo Dengji, Vice President of Semiconductor Manufacturing Research Institute of Shenzhen University, delivered a speech entitled "Shenzhen Advanced Packaging Research Institute -- Creating a full-market public technical service platform in packaging field". He begins with the brief situation of China's chip industry, the current chip localization rate is less than 10%, is the first "neck" field in China, at the same time, in-depth explanation of the importance of the packaging field to establish a pilot platform, as well as Shenzhen advanced packaging Research Institute's own planning and its technical capabilities.
The core team of Shenzhen Advanced Packaging Technology Co., LTD. He proposed that the core competitiveness of manufacturing industry is the production cycle system, and the production form of any manufacturing industry must be clear in order to guide the MES system. Deputy Director Tan Changfu systematically introduced the standard system process of the production cycle system, which is the key to the success or failure of the production cycle, and introduced the different production reporting methods of various production line types.
